Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) procures goods and services from qualified vendors. KCDC maintains a list of interested vendors on the internet. To become registered with KCDC, a Vendor Application form must be completed on line. Vendors must keep KCDC advised of any changes to their marketing or remittance addresses as well as any additions or deletions in goods or services offered. Submission of this form will provide KCDC with a database of vendors that can meet our needs for commodities and services.

KCDC does not guarantee that registered vendors will necessarily receive a specific invitation when a solicitation is posted. Instead, KCDC relies on posting solicitations to the web page as our official means of communicating our needs. Prospective vendors need to periodically review our web page for opportunities that may arise. You are responsible for obtaining a copy of the bid specifications from our web page.
